If you are feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to begin or want to prevent problems before they start, a home visit gives you calm, tailored support right where you need it. Whether you want to chat things through before your pup even arrives or get hands-on help once they are home, we will put a plan in place that fits your life.
Puppy Training Starter Call – £55
• One hour phone or Zoom call
• Ideal before you bring your puppy home
• Covers:
• First night setup
• What to expect
• How to prevent common problems
• Building a simple, successful routine
Standard Home Visit – £175
• Two hour in-person session at your home
• Perfect for the first one to two weeks after puppy arrives
• Tailored to your household and puppy’s stage
• Covers:
• What, when and where to train
• Preventing problems before they occur
• Routines and daily management
• Toilet training
• Crate training
• Socialisation
• Foundation skills like recall, sit and loose lead walking
Premium Home Visit Package – £200
• Three hours total (includes one hour planning call and two hour home visit)
• Full support from before puppy arrives through to early training
• Ideal for new owners or those wanting extra guidance
• Covers everything in both the starter call and standard visit, plus:
• Equipment and setup advice
• What to ask your breeder
• Planning the first few days and weeks
• Ongoing support for your training journey

Puppy training and manners – introducing another dog to the family
“Reminded me of basics that I had learnt with Bodger to use on Mabel. She has been much calmer since Jill’s visit and I love the Gencon lead which I believe will change my whole walks with both dogs and yet it is so gentle. Setting a good example, teaching new puppy different commands.
“I noticed how well Zulu reacted to the new commands and how quickly he learnt. I can see that being consistent is key and now is the time to set these new rules and routines before he does pick up bad habits.
The session was very helpful as it reinforced what you think you know but often fail to implement. I was sceptical at first at the need to reward Zulu as in my naivety I felt that he should want to please me anyway. I see now that this is the way forward and I will hope to ease off on the treats as Zulu develops. It is also important to me that Zulu fits in with us and our routines and not the other way round and that he doesn’t have just one Master but we all have our own relationship with him. I am looking forward to seeing him grow and develop and the challenges that lie ahead.” (Emily W)
